Job-Shadowing Opportunities
Students under 18 will have the opportunity to job shadow any office position within our organization, providing a behind-the-scenes view of construction management, estimation, project management, and engineering.
Students over the age of 18 are given the opportunity to job shadow a position in the office or the sheet-metal fabrication shop. They may also accompany a Service Technician on his or her calls for the day to witness a typical day on-site.
Job-Interview Training
This program provides an opportunity for students to participate in a session focused on completing a job application, resume writing/feedback, pre- and post-interview conduct, and culminating in mock interviews. This program is designed to help students prepare to move from the classroom into productive careers.
